The Jumpstart service is designed to save you time & get your website online as quickly as possible. Jumpstart is, in essence, a template loading service, where we place your words and images into one of our designer-made templates.
Here's how it works:
1. Purchase your Jumpstart.
2. Complete a design questionnaire.
3. Send us all images & text for your website.
4. Have a phone consultation, if needed.
5. We will build & style up to 10 pages using your content.
6. Review your first draft & provide feedback.
7. We complete 1 round of revisions.
8. Make any final tweaks and launch your site!
On average, Jumpstarts take about 14 days.
This is, of course, an average, and design time depends on many factors – the biggest being how quickly you submit your website content and design questionnaire!
We will begin working as soon as everything is submitted, and will be able to finish fast if you give prompt feedback to your designer.

Jumpstart exists as a time-saver, and is not a complete custom website design.
A Jumpstart is designed to get you online fast using our bank of designer-made templates. You choose the design you like, we'll put in your content and style it to match your brand colors. Jumpstart is a 2-hour service where we very quickly get your website ready to launch.
A custom design is a much more in-depth service and we go further to give your website a unique style instead of simply loading a template with your content. Custom designs can include creating custom graphics, plus a logo design or refresh if you wish.

We build all of our websites so that they're easy for you to manage. Plus, you can always lean on our support team if you ever have any questions.
In order to build websites fast & provide a high level of service, the following are limitations of the Jumpstart service:
If you are interested in having us go beyond the Jumpstart parameters listed above, we are happy to help however we can as a separate, custom-quoted service.

These are not included as part of Jumpstart, however we can provide you with a custom service quote.
We begin working on a custom service when we receive payment for it. We are not able to set up payment plans for services, or bill you after a service is complete.
Be patient! Our designers will send you a link to your finished mockup when it is ready for you to see. You will have time to make revisions, so don't worry!
If you DO catch a glimpse before it's ready, don't worry – we are still working! If you alter the design without your designer's permission, you could end up making the whole service take longer than it needs to if we have to put stuff back.
